Features and Policies at Carmel River Inn

Check-in Time

Check-in time is anytime after 3 pm. If you arrive before that time, we will gladly store your luggage if your room is not ready.

Check-out Time

Check-out time is by 11am. If you are staying in Carmel until later in the day, we will be happy to store your luggage until you are ready to depart.

 

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

Pets

Pets are accepted in all guest rooms and all, but two cottages, at a $20.00 fee per pet per night. To book a pet-friendly guest room or cottage, please click on any of the book a room links, choose your arrival date and then select any of the cottages or guest rooms marked as pet-friendly.

 

Swimming Pool

An outdoor swimming pool is available for all guests. This pool is usually heated only in summer.

Internet Access

High speed wireless internet access is available in all guest rooms and cottages.

Concierge Service

Our front desk staff will be happy to tell you about the local attractions and events going on in our area. Guests may also rent BBQ's, complete with charcoal & lighter fluid.

Travelers' Checks

Travelers’ checks are accepted with the appropriate identification.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date will be assessed a fee of one night’s room and tax. Cancellations can only be made by calling our reservations center at 1-800-966-6490 or 1-831-624-1575. We cannot accept cancellations by E-Mail.
